Use the blacklist function

Look in the configuration settings for your mail server, Router/SMTP - Restiction and Controls - SMTP Inbound Controls.
There you have a section called DNS Blacklist Filters. You can enable filters and list different sites there (for example the one Walter suggests, a very good one if you want to filter out spammy countries).
Other good ones are zen.spamhaus.org and dnsbl.sorbs.net.
